Plots B1, B2 & D1: Public consultation is live!

We would like to invite you to share your views on our proposals for three new buildings, which will include a mix of retail and workspace, along with a basement and a rooftop space with a new pavilion restaurant or cafe. Between Monday 11 March and Sunday 24 March, you can learn more about our proposals via a virtual exhibition, or you can come and meet the team at one of our two drop-in events.

Plot B1 and B2 will provide 33,000 sq m of workspace and new shops. The ground floor will consist of new retail space to provide a variety of outlets to meet the needs of local people. It will also support the local economy by creating a new hub for businesses and offering new jobs and services.

Plot D1, located on the edge of Canada Dock, will provide circa 15,000 sq m of flexible workspace, with shops and / or food and drink outlets located on the ground floor. The rooftop will include a public space with a restaurant or cafe, allowing people to take in stunning views of Canada Dock while grabbing a bite to eat. There will also be a separate rooftop space for workspace tenants.

This consultation will also share information on the basement for Plot D1, which will be accessed from Surrey Quays Road, new landscaped areas around Plots B1, B2 and D1, and information on the future of the Prince of Orange Walkway located to the rear of Hothfield Place.

We are now in a position to share the detailed plans before we submit a new Reserved Matters Application (RMA) to Southwark Council in the spring.

You can view the proposals and give your feedback in two ways:
