The Canada Water Masterplan is being led by British Land, in partnership with Southwark Council and the local community. Our project team includes a wide range of experts in multiple disciplines, bringing together the skills necessary to deliver a new town centre.

We have been involved in the Canada Water and Rotherhithe area for many years and support a number of local organisations, and are committed to working closely with Southwark Council, local residents and other key stakeholders to deliver a new town centre for Canada Water.
